Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ammuri Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened skincare products unless the item is faulty or damaged.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@ammuriskincare.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as we may be unable to process your return.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ammuriskincare.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item (subject to our returns policy) and place a new order.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during final sale promotions
