UK Delivery
UK orders are dispatched from UK stock. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £30. For orders under £30, delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Most UK orders arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Express options may be shown at checkout where available.
International Delivery
We ship to selected international destinations with tracked delivery. Available shipping rates, services and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the delivery address.
International orders may be subject to local customs checks, import duties, taxes or handling fees on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
Dispatch Times
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can also check updates through your customer account or by contacting us with your order number.
Delays, Missing Parcels & Address Issues
Ammuri Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, adverse weather, courier disruption, incorrect delivery details or events outside our control. However, if your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate with the courier.
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If an address is entered incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
