Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Returns
You may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original packaging, in resellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare, hair care, cosmetic or personal care products cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your statutory rights.
UK & EU Online Cancellation Rights
If you are a UK or EU consumer buying online, you may have the legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason. In general, you must tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days after telling us.
Where this cancellation right applies, we will refund eligible returned goods and the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery amount is refundable. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or we have agreed otherwise.
This cancellation right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been opened.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@ammuriskincare.com. Where possible, please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and issue.
If the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, refund or return label where appropriate.
Product Concerns & Satisfaction Support
If you are unhappy with a product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Because skincare and hair care products are personal-use items, opened products are reviewed case by case. We may request details, photos, batch information or usage information so we can understand the concern and offer appropriate support.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
How to Start a Return
Email sales@ammuriskincare.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for your return or cancellation
- Photos if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect
Please wait for return instructions before sending items back so we can match the parcel to your order.
Refund Timing
Once your return has been received and checked, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds promptly and, where legally required, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise protected by your statutory rights, the following items cannot usually be returned:
- Opened or used skincare, hair care, cosmetic or personal care products
- Items with broken hygiene seals
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom items
- Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable, where allowed by law
